1. Who We Are

LobbyPortal is a service of Front Desk Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), headquartered in Miami, Florida. We provide software that automates delivery check-ins and resident notifications for multi-family buildings.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Resident information – name, unit number, mobile number, delivery preferences.
Driver information – name, photo, government-issued ID details.
Device & log data – IP address, browser type, kiosk device ID.
Message metadata – timestamps, delivery status, response codes.
No payment data is collected at this stage.

3. How We Use Your Data

Send delivery alerts to residents via SMS, voice, or email.
Display driver status and identity to front-desk staff.
Verify identity and prevent fraud.
Improve service performance and security.

4. Legal Basis

Consent – residents expressly opt in to receive notifications.
Legitimate interests – building security and operational efficiency.

5. Data Retention

Driver ID photos: 12 months, then automatically deleted.
Message logs: 24 months for audit and dispute resolution.

6. Sharing & Storage

Data is hosted on AWS U.S. servers and encrypted at rest (AES-256).
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with building management and trusted service providers (e.g., SMS carrier) under contract.

7. Your Rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@frontdesktech.com.
Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

1. Program Description

LobbyPortal sends automated text messages to notify residents when a delivery driver arrives and to collect approval or denial instructions (“the Service”). Message frequency varies but will not exceed three (3) messages per delivery.

2. Opt-In

Residents may opt in by either of the following:

Entering their mobile number in the LobbyPortal web form and checking the consent box, or
Texting JOIN to +1-888-823-3044.

By opting in, you authorize automated, recurring text messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Opt-Out

Text STOP to +1-888-823-3044 at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message. For help, text HELP or email support@frontdesktech.com.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.

5. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
